Steve Willey has been working hard and using the results of the Green Tea Conversations 1 & 2 to arrive at the proposed Mission Statement for us. We are also drafting the Interim Ministry Report for review and discussion at the Congregational Meeting on Sunday, June 8th after the Service. Please try to attend and ask questions to completely understand the Report as this is such an important document in order to help us decide on our future and what actions we must take. Everyone’s input is so vital to our Church. The Ladies Night in early May was well attended and everyone enjoyed good food and good fun playing Bingo for prizes donated by various people. This was only a token “thank you” to all you wonderful and hard working Ladies of the UCW. The stalwarts of our Church. Bless you all. The caring of this fine Congregation showed again especially to Tina and me and my family when my mother passed away on May 18th. We thank you for all the comforting words of sympathy and condolence, the food, cards, koden, donations in her memory, coming to the visitation and to the funeral service. This supported us through this most difficult time. Thank you for helping us to celebrate her good and long life.
